            1. Description of the Service

            OneLinkPay allows registered users (“Users”) to generate and share payment links to receive payments directly into their own Stripe account. Payments are processed through Stripe, and OneLinkPay charges a commission depending on the User’s subscription plan.

            We do not hold or manage your funds — all payments are handled securely by Stripe.

            2. Eligibility

            You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use OneLinkPay.
            By using our Platform, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

            3. User Responsibilities

            You agree to:

            Use OneLinkPay only for lawful purposes.

            Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

            Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

            You are solely responsible for the payment links you create and for any transactions made through your Stripe account.

            4. Fees and Payments

            OneLinkPay charges a commission on each transaction, depending on your subscription plan. The exact rate is displayed in your account settings.
            Fees are automatically deducted before funds are deposited into your Stripe account.

            5. Data Collection and Privacy

            We collect personal information such as your name, email, business picture, and payment details, as well as non-personal data like cookies for analytics and performance.

            6. Intellectual Property

            All content, software, and trademarks on OneLinkPay are the property of ZZ Labs or its licensors.
            You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

            You may not use OneLinkPay to:

            Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.

            Collect payments for prohibited goods or services under Stripe’s terms.

            Violate any law or regulation applicable in Spain or elsewhere.

            We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse of the Platform.

            8. Limitation of Liability

            OneLinkPay is provided “as is.”
            We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
            To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZZ Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

            9. Termination

            We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.
            You may also close your account at any time.

            10. Changes to These Terms

            We may update these Terms occasionally.
            If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site.
            Continued use of the Platform after the update means you accept the new Terms.

            11. Governing Law

            These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
            Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
